1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Connectify Hub, including our website, mobile application, platform, services, booking systems, payment systems, wallet, rewards, vendor services or related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the platform.
2. About Connectify Hub
Connectify Hub is a technology-enabled local vendor discovery, recommendation, booking, transaction, rewards and support platform that helps users discover, connect and interact with verified local vendors, service providers and businesses across categories such as:
Home services
Events
Construction
Products and services related to these categories
Other categories added by the platform from time to time
Connectify Hub does not directly provide vendor services or products. Vendors, businesses and service providers listed on the platform operate independently and are responsible for their services, pricing, products, timelines, quality, commitments, business compliance and delivery.
Connectify Hub facilitates discovery, recommendations, bookings, transaction support, rewards, verification, customer support and platform-based assistance where applicable.
3. Eligibility
To use Connectify Hub, you must be:
At least 18 years old
Legally capable of entering into contracts
Providing accurate, true and complete information
Using the platform for lawful purposes only
Connectify Hub may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that provide false, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information.
4. Platform Role & Responsibility
Connectify Hub operates as a vendor recommendation and transaction-support platform. Vendors listed on Connectify Hub are independent businesses or service providers.
Connectify Hub may recommend or display vendors based on categories, location, platform activity, user preferences, reviews, verification status, service details, availability or internal platform factors.
While Connectify Hub works to improve transparency, vendor verification, support and customer experience, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted services, vendor availability, specific outcomes, exact service satisfaction or guaranteed resolution for every issue.
Users are responsible for reviewing vendor profiles, service details, pricing, communication, booking details and transaction information before proceeding with bookings or payments.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree that they will:
Provide correct contact, identity, booking and payment information
Use the platform only for lawful and genuine purposes
Review vendor details, pricing and service information before booking
Keep account credentials, OTPs and payment information secure
Not misuse booking, rewards, wallet, referral, review or support systems
Not create fake bookings, false claims or manipulated transactions
Not use abusive, threatening, misleading or fraudulent communication
Cooperate with Connectify Hub during support, refund, fraud or dispute investigations
6. Vendor Responsibilities
By registering or operating as a vendor on Connectify Hub, vendors agree that:
All business, identity, service, pricing, bank and contact information submitted is true and verifiable
They will deliver services or products as promised to users
They will maintain service quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction
They will comply with applicable laws, licenses, GST, tax, invoicing and business requirements
They will not upload false, copied, misleading or unauthorized portfolio content
They will not manipulate bookings, invoices, payments, reviews, OTPs or platform records
They will not intentionally bypass Connectify Hub after receiving customers through the platform
They will pay Connectify Hub applicable commissions, charges or platform fees where agreed
They will cooperate with Connectify Hub during verification, complaint, fraud or dispute review processes
Connectify Hub may deactivate, restrict, suspend or remove vendors for fraud, fake billing, repeated complaints, poor service, policy violations, payment bypass, misleading information, unauthorized activity, abandoned work or conduct that affects platform trust.
7. Vendor Verification
Connectify Hub may verify vendors through documents, business information, service details, field checks, communication records, customer feedback or other platform-based review systems.
Vendor verification is intended to improve trust and transparency, but it does not guarantee vendor performance, behavior, service quality, pricing accuracy, availability or future conduct.
Vendor approval or listing on Connectify Hub does not guarantee permanent platform access, visibility, ranking, recommendations or continued operational eligibility.
8. Bookings & Service Disclaimer
Users may book services or raise requirements through Connectify Hub. Vendors may accept, reject, respond to or manage booking requests according to availability and platform processes.
Connectify Hub does not guarantee service availability, exact vendor timelines, fixed pricing, uninterrupted service, specific outcomes or complete satisfaction for every booking.
Vendor pricing, timelines, service execution, product quality, commitments and delivery remain the responsibility of the respective vendor or service provider.
Connectify Hub may assist with support, verification, refund review, alternative vendor assistance or dispute handling in eligible cases according to platform policies.
9. Payment & Transaction Rules
Certain bookings, payments, rewards, wallet activities and transaction-related operations may be processed or managed through Connectify Hub for transparency, verification, rewards eligibility, support and operational purposes.
Users are responsible for verifying booking details, pricing, payment amounts, invoices, taxes and transaction information before completing payment.
Payments may be made through:
Official Connectify Hub online payment systems
Authorized payment gateway methods
Approved platform payment methods
Cash or direct payment to the vendor where such option is available or permitted
Where users choose to pay vendors directly by cash or other approved direct methods, users must ensure that booking, OTP/check-in, payment proof or transaction confirmation is properly recorded wherever required for rewards, support, refund assistance or Connectify Protection eligibility.
Payments, deals or settlements completed outside approved Connectify Hub systems or without proper platform verification may not qualify for rewards, cashback, wallet benefits, refund assistance, transaction verification or Connectify Protection support.
10. Payment Processing
Payment processing may involve authorized third-party payment gateways, banking partners, UPI providers or financial service providers subject to their own terms, policies and operational systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connectify Hub will not be responsible for transaction failures, delays, payment gateway interruptions, banking issues, technical failures or third-party processing problems beyond reasonable platform control.
Users must immediately report unauthorized payments, suspicious transactions or account-related concerns to Connectify Hub support.
Platform transaction records, payment confirmations, booking details, OTP records and verification systems may be used for operational, dispute resolution, support, fraud investigation or legal purposes.
11. Vendor Settlements & Wallet Withdrawals
Vendor payment settlements and user wallet withdrawals may require processing time depending on transaction verification, payment gateway settlement cycles, banking systems, fraud checks, disputes and operational review.
For eligible successful transactions completed through the platform, vendor settlement amounts are generally processed within T+4 working days from the transaction date, subject to verification, banking timelines and payment gateway settlement cycles.
For eligible wallet withdrawal requests, withdrawal amounts are generally processed within T+4 working days from the related transaction date or withdrawal request date, depending on verification requirements.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to temporarily hold, review, reject, reverse or delay settlements or withdrawals in cases involving disputes, suspicious activity, failed verification, fraud prevention, technical issues, policy violations or investigation requirements.
12. OTP Check-In Rules
Certain bookings and transactions on Connectify Hub may require OTP-based verification or check-in confirmation for transaction validation, platform transparency, rewards eligibility and operational purposes.
Users are responsible for keeping OTPs secure and should share OTPs only during authorized booking verification or service check-in processes.
Sharing OTPs before service verification, with unauthorized persons or outside approved platform processes may result in transaction risks, verification issues or loss of rewards, refund assistance or Connectify Protection eligibility.
OTP verification or successful check-in confirmation may be treated as part of booking confirmation, transaction validation or service verification within platform systems.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to review, investigate, hold or restrict transactions, rewards, withdrawals or support eligibility in cases involving suspicious OTP activity, fake check-ins, manipulated bookings or unauthorized verification attempts.
13. Commission & Platform Fees
Connectify Hub may charge vendors a commission, platform fee or agreed service charge on successful transactions, bookings or business generated through the platform.
Commission percentage, fee structure or payment model may vary by category, vendor type, campaign, service type or internal platform policy.
Vendors must declare the actual bill amount, service value and transaction information honestly.
Any attempt to hide, manipulate or under-report billing, avoid commission, misuse platform leads or bypass Connectify Hub may lead to account suspension, termination, reward restriction, settlement hold or legal action where required.
14. Connectify Protection
Connectify Protection is a customer-focused support and review system designed to improve trust, transparency and confidence during eligible platform transactions.
Connectify Protection may apply only to eligible verified transactions completed through approved platform systems or properly verified platform processes.
Connectify Protection may include support review, dispute assistance, transaction verification, vendor communication, alternative vendor assistance, partial settlement review or refund assistance in genuine eligible cases.
Connectify Hub may review and provide support, refund assistance or alternative resolution in certain eligible situations including:
Vendor failing to provide the booked service
Vendor not appearing without proper communication
Vendor leaving work incomplete without reasonable justification
Serious service failures during eligible verified bookings
Certain verified platform-related operational issues supported through platform records, verification systems or investigation processes
Disputes supported by valid proof and platform verification
Connectify Protection is subject to transaction verification, available proof, communication records, booking records, OTP records, payment details, operational review and internal platform investigation.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to review, approve, reject, limit or discontinue support, refund assistance or protection eligibility based on investigation results, verification systems and internal platform policies.
15. Refund Assistance
Connectify Hub may review and provide refund assistance in genuine eligible cases based on verification, proof, transaction records and platform investigation.
Refund assistance may be considered where:
A verified vendor fails to provide the booked service
A vendor abandons or leaves work incomplete without reasonable justification
A serious service failure occurs in an eligible verified transaction
A verified platform-related operational issue causes genuine user loss
A payment or transaction issue is verified through platform records
The claim is supported by sufficient proof and investigation
Refunds, compensation or support may not be applicable for:
Personal satisfaction preferences
Change of mind after service preparation or completion
Subjective expectations beyond the booked requirement
Minor quality preferences or style differences
Disputes without sufficient proof or verification
Transactions completed outside approved or verifiable platform systems
Fake complaints, false claims or policy misuse
Services already completed successfully
Issues caused by user negligence, wrong information or OTP misuse
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable period subject to payment gateway, banking, verification and operational timelines.
Connectify Hub does not guarantee refunds, compensation or specific outcomes for every dispute, issue or transaction.
16. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel booking requests according to booking stage, service status and applicable platform policies.
Vendors are expected to honor accepted bookings. Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations or operational failures may affect vendor performance, visibility or account status.
Users may cancel booking requests before OTP verification or payment completion through the platform. If no payment has been completed, no transaction-related refund process may be required.
Cancellations made after vendor acceptance, OTP verification, work initiation, service preparation or operational arrangement may not qualify for full refunds depending on the service stage, vendor involvement and costs already incurred.
If a service is partially completed, abandoned midway or interrupted after work has started, Connectify Hub may review the case and provide operational assistance, alternative vendor support, partial settlement review or eligible refund assistance based on verification and investigation.
Refunds or compensation may not apply in cases involving:
Change of mind after service preparation
Personal preference changes
Cancellation after successful service completion
Disputes without sufficient proof
Transactions completed outside approved or verifiable platform systems
Policy misuse or fake cancellation claims
Repeated booking cancellations, fake booking activity, suspicious behavior or misuse of the cancellation system may result in account review, restrictions, suspension or permanent blocking.
17. Rewards & Wallet Terms
Connectify Rewards, cashback, wallet benefits and referral rewards are applicable only for eligible verified transactions, referrals and platform activities completed according to platform policies and verification systems.
Eligible rewards may be credited to the user or vendor wallet after successful transaction verification, settlement confirmation and operational processing.
Referral rewards may be provided when eligible referred users successfully complete verified transactions through the platform according to applicable campaign or reward conditions.
Certain rewards, cashback offers, promotional benefits or vendor incentives may be calculated based on transaction value, service category, campaigns or internal reward structures determined by Connectify Hub.
Eligible wallet balances or rewards may be used for future booking payments, platform services or eligible withdrawals according to platform policies.
Wallet withdrawal requests may require verification, operational review and processing timelines before settlement to the registered bank account.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to hold, reject, reverse, remove or restrict rewards, wallet balances, referrals or withdrawals in cases involving:
Fake referrals
Fake transactions
Manipulated bookings
Self-transactions
Reward abuse
Unauthorized payment activity
Suspicious platform behavior
Policy misuse or fraud-related activities
Connectify Hub reserves the right to modify, pause, discontinue or update reward programs, cashback percentages, wallet systems, eligibility rules or promotional campaigns at any time according to platform requirements or operational policies.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to make final decisions regarding reward eligibility, wallet disputes, referral verification, withdrawal approvals and reward-related investigations according to internal platform systems.
18. Off-Platform Dealing & Payment Bypass
Connectify Hub encourages users and vendors to complete bookings, payments, rewards and transaction-related activities through approved platform systems or verifiable platform processes for better transparency, verification, rewards eligibility and Connectify Protection support.
Cash or direct vendor payment may be available where permitted. However, such payments must be connected to a genuine platform booking, OTP/check-in or verification process wherever required.
Transactions, payments, deals or settlements completed outside approved or verifiable Connectify Hub systems may not qualify for:
Connectify Protection
Rewards or cashback
Wallet benefits
Refund assistance
Transaction verification
Platform-based support eligibility
Users and vendors must not misuse platform connections, booking systems, OTP verification or communication channels to intentionally bypass platform processes, rewards systems, commissions or operational structures.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to investigate suspicious off-platform activity, payment bypass attempts, fake platform usage, manipulated transactions or intentional misuse affecting platform operations or reward systems.
In cases involving repeated off-platform dealing, payment bypass activity or operational misuse, Connectify Hub may:
Restrict rewards or withdrawals
Suspend bookings or transactions
Reduce vendor visibility
Suspend or terminate accounts
Limit support or protection eligibility
Take operational or legal action where required
19. Prohibited Activities
Users and vendors must not:
Create fake accounts
Create fake bookings or fake transactions
Manipulate payments, OTPs, invoices or rewards
Attempt to bypass commission or platform systems
Submit false claims or fake refund requests
Misuse referral or wallet systems
Upload false, misleading or copied information
Use abusive, threatening or defamatory language
Post fake reviews or manipulated ratings
Violate intellectual property rights
Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities
Damage Connectify Hub’s brand, reputation, users, vendors or systems
Violations may lead to account suspension, wallet restriction, reward cancellation, vendor removal, permanent blocking or legal action where required.
20. Vendor Content & Portfolio Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, ownership, legality and authenticity of information, images, videos, pricing, portfolio content, service descriptions and promotional material uploaded or shared on Connectify Hub.
Vendors must not upload false, misleading, manipulated or unauthorized content including fake portfolios, copied work, fake reviews, misleading claims or inaccurate business information.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content, logos, images, videos, documents or promotional materials do not violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property or third-party ownership rights.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to review, restrict, remove or modify vendor content, listings or portfolio materials that violate platform policies, legal requirements, operational standards or quality guidelines.
Connectify Hub does not independently guarantee the authenticity, originality or accuracy of every vendor-uploaded content or portfolio material available on the platform.
21. Reviews, Ratings & User Content
Users may post ratings, reviews, feedback, comments or other content related to vendors, services or platform experiences where such features are available.
Users are expected to provide genuine, fair and experience-based reviews or ratings based on actual platform interactions and verified transactions.
Users must not post:
Fake or manipulated reviews
Abusive or threatening content
Defamatory statements
Misleading information
Spam or promotional content
Illegal or harmful material
Unrelated complaints or false allegations
Connectify Hub reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, remove or disable reviews, ratings or user-generated content that violates platform policies, operational standards or legal requirements.
Reviews, ratings and user-generated content reflect individual user experiences and opinions. Connectify Hub does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of all user-submitted content available on the platform.
22. Communication Records & Investigation
For support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, transaction verification, cancellation review or operational investigations, Connectify Hub may review relevant communication records, booking details, transaction history, OTP records or platform-related interactions where reasonably required.
This may include:
Platform chat records
Support tickets
Booking records
Payment and transaction records
OTP/check-in records
Screenshots submitted by users or vendors
WhatsApp communication voluntarily shared during investigations
Transaction-related communication records
Users and vendors may be required to provide supporting communication records, screenshots, proof or transaction-related information during investigations, refund requests, dispute handling or operational reviews.
Communication records reviewed during investigations shall be used for platform-related operational purposes, verification, fraud prevention, support handling, dispute resolution or legal/compliance requirements.
23. Account Suspension & Termination
Connectify Hub reserves the right to temporarily restrict, suspend, review or permanently terminate user or vendor accounts, platform access, rewards, wallet activities or related services based on platform policies, investigations or operational requirements.
Account-related actions may be taken in situations involving:
Fake transactions
Manipulated bookings
Fake referrals
Unauthorized payment activity
False claims or refund misuse
Suspicious OTP activity
Repeated policy violations
Abusive behavior
Fraudulent platform usage
Misleading information
Illegal activities
Misuse of rewards or wallet systems
Repeated serious customer complaints
Payment bypass or commission avoidance
Certain account actions may involve transaction review, communication verification, OTP records, platform evidence, operational investigation or compliance checks before final decisions are made.
Connectify Hub may temporarily hold or restrict withdrawals, rewards, bookings, settlements, transactions or support eligibility during investigation, verification or operational review.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to make final operational decisions regarding account suspension, platform access, investigations, reward restrictions and termination actions according to internal systems, platform policies and applicable requirements.
24. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, design, layout, text, graphics, icons, platform features, branding and materials of Connectify Hub belong to Connectify Hub or its authorized owners.
Users and vendors may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, misuse, reverse engineer or exploit any Connectify Hub content, design, brand material or platform feature without prior written permission.
Vendor-uploaded content remains the responsibility of the respective vendor, but vendors grant Connectify Hub the right to display, use and process such content for platform operations, promotion, verification and service listing purposes.
25. Third-Party Services
Certain platform operations may depend on third-party payment gateways, banking systems, internet services, map providers, communication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, verification partners or external technology systems.
These third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security systems and compliance requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connectify Hub will not be responsible for failures, delays, interruptions, data loss, payment issues or disruptions caused by third-party systems beyond reasonable platform control.
26. Limitation of Liability
Connectify Hub operates as a technology-enabled vendor recommendation, booking, transaction-support and rewards platform connecting users with independent vendors and businesses.
Service execution, product quality, pricing, timelines, commitments, business compliance and operational performance remain the responsibility of the respective vendor or service provider.
While Connectify Hub works to improve transparency, support and user experience, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted services, vendor availability, specific business outcomes, service satisfaction or guaranteed resolutions for every transaction or dispute.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connectify Hub will not be responsible for:
Service failures caused by vendors
Vendor delays, misconduct or non-performance
Financial losses caused by vendor actions
User-to-vendor disputes
Indirect, incidental or consequential losses
Business losses or profit loss
Emotional distress or reputation impact
Technical failures or temporary platform unavailability
Payment gateway or banking disruptions
Issues caused by incorrect user information, OTP misuse or account negligence
Transactions completed outside approved or verifiable platform systems
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
27. Tax Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax laws, GST requirements, invoicing obligations, business registrations and other legal or financial compliance requirements related to their services, products or business operations.
Users are responsible for verifying applicable pricing, taxes, invoices or service-related charges before completing transactions.
Connectify Hub operates as a technology-enabled platform and does not provide tax, accounting or legal advisory services to users or vendors.
Connectify Hub may share transaction records, payment information, vendor details or operational data with authorized legal, tax or government authorities where required under applicable laws or compliance obligations.
28. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connectify Hub will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, cancellations or operational issues caused by events or circumstances beyond reasonable platform control.
These situations may include:
Natural disasters
Floods or fire incidents
Internet or server failures
Cyber attacks
Power outages
Strikes or labor issues
Government restrictions
Legal or regulatory actions
Pandemics or public emergencies
Third-party service failures
Banking or payment gateway disruptions
Transportation or infrastructure failures
During such situations, certain platform features, bookings, transactions, rewards, withdrawals, settlements, support services or operational processes may be delayed, restricted or temporarily unavailable.
Connectify Hub reserves the right to temporarily suspend, modify, delay or restrict certain platform operations, support activities or transaction-related processes during force majeure or uncontrollable operational events.
29. Electronic Consent
By using Connectify Hub, users and vendors agree to receive electronic communications, notifications, OTPs, invoices, booking updates, support responses, platform alerts, policy updates and transaction-related information through digital methods including app notifications, SMS, email, phone communication or WhatsApp where applicable.
Users and vendors understand that electronic communications may be used for service, transaction, security, verification, support, legal, operational and platform-related purposes.
30. Policy Updates & Operational Changes
Connectify Hub reserves the right to update, modify, revise or replace these Terms & Conditions, platform policies, reward structures, operational rules or related legal documents at any time according to business, operational, legal or platform requirements.
Continued use of Connectify Hub after policy updates or modifications shall be considered acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions and related platform policies.
Platform features, services, rewards, categories, wallet systems, support structures, payment systems or operational processes may change periodically to improve security, functionality, transparency or overall platform experience.
31. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, platform policies and all platform-related activities shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes, legal proceedings or claims arising out of or related to Connectify Hub, platform services, transactions or policies shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Karnataka, India.
Users and vendors are encouraged to first contact Connectify Hub support and attempt reasonable platform-based resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings where applicable.
